Once an item has shipped or your item is ready for local pick up and you will receive an email.

Two Times Designs is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages. Packages that are marked as delivered but not received are the responsibility of the customer and your local post office. In the rare event that your package does not arrive, please contact your local post office.
